Paul Anderson-Walsh
Paul Anderson-Walsh is the co-founder of The Centre for Inclusive Leadership (TCfIL). He has been an L&D practitioner since 1997. He has a vast amount of experience in facilitating high-level strategic change workshops. He has worked with a wide variety of organisations including: Cambridge University Press, Oxford Summer School, The Disney Corporation, Bloomberg, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Sir Robert McAlpine, Defra, Rabobank, The Met Police and many others.
Paul is highly regarded for his ability to help management teams work together. Paul is also the founder and director of a charity dedicated to working with people to help them discover their identity and resolve issues of self-worth and self-esteem. Paul has written three books on the subject. He is a well-respected commentator who is called upon by the BBC & he is a regular contributor at Premier Radio. Paul is the former CEO of The Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust. He is also the chair of ella Forums CIC who work with CEOs of charities and social enterprises to flourish as leaders.
The Centre for Inclusive Leadership (TCfIL) is an organisation effectiveness practice. We support governments, corporations, institutions and communities to enable people to be their best selves and do their best work. We are able to support our clients to create environments in which wealth accrues to them in the form of employer brand, profit and performance. Dave Pepper
Dave is the COO at Emerging Leaders, a non-profit that specialises in raising up leaders in Africa. Before this Dave was the National Director of Friends International for 7 years and before that he was the Director of CYM (Christian Youth Ministries). He has lived and worked in South Sudan and Belgium.
Ranjeet Guptara
Ranjeet Guptara is a Portfolio Manager at Cantab Asset Management. Since 2001, Ranjeet has worked for UBS, Credit Suisseand DEPFA, where he was Chief Operating Officer for Public Sector Finance. Ranjeet founded a food company, King's Kurry, where he was CEO. He also co-founded Teachable.net. Ranjeet has completed two M.A.s in Theology, at Magdalen College, Oxford, and Ridley Hall in Cambridge. He holds a Swiss Banking Diploma and the MCSI from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. He is married to Davita, and they have a daughter.

Dr Joel Callow
Joel has experience of leadership in both the business and charitable sectors. After his PhD, Joel was Director of Research at Monodraught, before going on to work for Gifford Consulting. He was subsequently a Director of the innovative start-up consultancy Inbuilt, which delivered holistic and sustainable design in the construction industry, and was a regular speaker at industry conferences and as a guest lecturer at Universities on topics relating to sustainable building design.
